Love Our Children USA receives NO government funding and relies heavily on the support of individuals and community groups like you to use your passion so our programs happen. It takes commitment, creativity, and time; but the rewards are invaluable.

If you have an idea for an event that you would like to host on behalf of Love Our Children USA simply request our event form, complete it and mail it to us. Our Events Department will contact you to discuss your event and ultimately, work with you to make your event successful, fun and very memorable.

Below you will find a few ideas of what individuals/groups have organized as fundraisers for Love Our Children USA in the past. We encourage creativity and imagination and we encourage you. Your fundraising idea could be the next big thing!

Host a Company Golf Tournament or Sporting Event

Host a Company Casual Day
This fundraiser can be incorporated into any size office, large or small. One day of the week, employees dress down for a donation to Love Our Children USA. Love Our Children USA will provide stickers for your employees to wear during their day of "business casual" clothing.

Company Banquet, Gala or Holiday Party
Many corporations host company parties. You can turn it into a fantastic fundraiser by easily holding a silent auction, raffle or 50/50 draw. Love Our Children USA can help you with your first auction or raffle item and offer ideas on how to elevate your current company event into a spectacular fundraising event.

Collect Pledges for a Personal Goal Such as a Marathon or Walk-A-Thon
Maybe you are celebrating your birthday with a personal goal such as competing in your first marathon. You can easily raise funds, and obtain great personal motivation, by collecting pledges from your family, friends and co-workers for Love Our Children USA. Love Our Children USA will supply tax receipts to these individuals for pledges over $10.

Have Friends Donate to Love Our Children USA in Lieu of Birthday Gifts
Is it your wish to make someone else's wish come true for your birthday? It's possible by having your family and friends donate money in lieu of birthday presents. Love Our Children USA will track these donations and put them in your name.

Novelty Days
Theme days at work or school are a great way to fundraise for Love Our Children USA and always good for a laugh. Hat Day, PJ Day, Costume Day or Colour Day are only a few creative examples to have students or employees pay money to participate in and raise funds for Love Our Children USA.
